NESAP (North East Social Action Program)

The North East Social Action Program (NESAP) is a Christian nonprofit organization that has served residents in need in Carroll and parts of Baltimore County, MD since 1984. Originated and supported by the Northeast Carroll Ministerial Association, NESAP is a cooperative community outreach, involving service organizations, businesses, individuals, and Christian churches.

Our Mission Statement

 The objective of NESAP is to provide financial assistance to local residents in need, to coordinate community resources, and to find solutions that respond to the total range needs. Our personalized services emphasize a systemic approach to help break the cycle of poverty, and restore dignity and hope to those we serve.
